Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, and/or business or equivalent.
• Three years of collection experience at a level comparable to Collection Assistant Manager or similar responsibility.
• Experience with university billing, receivables, and collections processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Online Tuition Payment Plan enrollments, communications, and delinquency notices.
• Manage student refunds, account reconciliations, and semester transitions with internal controls.
• Lead collection strategies, including state offset and other mechanisms, to improve recovery rates.
