Responsibilities

• Oversees Online Tuition Payment Plan enrollments, cancellations, recalculations, and delinquency notifications.
• Develops and revises policies related to payment plan administration and collections.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and university regulations related to billing and payments.
• Performs quality control reviews of account setup, billing, and communications.
• Acts as primary backup for student refund processing and related transitions.
• Manages collection of student emergency loans and delinquency strategies.
• Supports accounts receivable projects and cross-functional coordination.
