Job summary

Belmont University seeks Resident Assistants (RAs) to shape campus life within each residence hall. RAs foster relationships, display leadership, and help students and staff develop professionally.

The role includes living on campus, maintaining a 2.7 GPA to start, working up to 20 hours per week, and participating in mandatory training with Residence Life. A room grant helps cover housing for both Fall and Spring semesters.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at Belmont University.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.7 to start; 2.5 thereafter.
• Live on campus and commit for the full school year (Fall and Spring).
• Work no more than 20 hours per week outside RA responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Resident Assistant to shape community in each residence hall.
• Foster relationships, demonstrate leadership, and support fellow students and professionals.
• Participate in training and development opportunities with Residence Director and team.
