Zusammenfassung

Belmont University is seeking Resident Assistants (RAs) to shape campus life within residence halls and build strong student communities. This student employee position offers an $13.00 hourly rate with a room grant covering housing for both fall and spring semesters.

Applicants must be enrolled undergrad students, live on campus, and commit to the full academic year. Training, leadership development, and time-management skills are emphasized throughout the program.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate Belmont student.
• Arrive to campus before classes begin and remain after classes for Fall & Spring semesters.
• Live on campus and serve for the entire school year, Fall and Spring.
• Punctual attendance at all training and development opportunities.
• Act as a role model academically and personally both on and off campus.
• Maintain a 2.7 GPA to start; maintain at least 2.5 GPA after first semester and throughout employment.
• Abide by University policies and regulations.
• Assist with administrative tasks and complete in a timely manner.
• Work no more than 20 hours per week outside RA responsibilities.
