Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Student Development or related field is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills are necessary.
• Preference for candidates with prior Housing/Residence Life experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide guidance to Resident Advisors and Senior Resident Advisors.
• Document and resolve student conflicts and crisis situations.
• Assist in RA/SRA staff training and selection.
• Coordinate departmental events and activities.
