Qualifications

• Matriculated undergraduate, full-time student on campus in good academic standing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, time-management, writing, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support and run errands; cover RLH Office Manager desk in their absence.
• Greet and assist students, staff and visitors in a friendly, attentive manner.
• Monitor traffic and report any concerns to the RLH Office.
• Maintain positive relationships with residence area staff and facilities staff.
• Follow protocols to contact residence area staff and other campus resources.
