Job summary

Gaia is seeking a Production Manager to serve as the operational backbone for original content. You will own logistics, scheduling and budgets from development through final delivery, coordinating with producers to define scope and keep projects on schedule and on budget.

You will book crews, build calendars, monitor budgets, process invoices and manage finances in partnership with accounting. On-site work in Louisville, CO is required, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production management or line producing experience in television, streaming or digital video.
• Experience building and managing multi-series budgets and schedules.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple productions at once.

Responsibilities

• Book all crews for studio and remote shoots within budget.
• Create preproduction and production calendars; sync with Head of Post on post calendars.
• Create all series budgets and monitor expenses through production to delivery.
• Track, process and approve invoices and external production expenses.
• Collaborate with producers on the scope of each production and keep projects on track.
• Project manage set construction, hiring designers and monitoring builds.
• Oversee time tracking in KeyedIn across projects.
• Manage production financial processing, including invoices, cards and capitalization meetings with accounting.
