Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scan syllabi located in binders and upload to the system.
• Check out clickers and laptop adapters to faculty/staff.
• Direct students as needed.
• Assist students with locker issues.
• Distribute mail and organize mailboxes.
• Notify students when mail is received.
• Organize and maintain the supply room.
• Shredding and filing tasks as assigned.
• Use main SGP key to assist faculty locked out of offices.
• General office support as needed.
