Job summary

South College Library invites applications for the full-time position of Library & Instructional Technician at our Nashville campus. We are searching for a team-oriented individual with excellent communication and organization skills who likes to work in an active, fast-paced environment.

This is an on-campus, daytime position Monday - Friday with regular Saturday hours. Responsibilities include supporting Canvas and other instructional technologies, assisting with the IDT help desk, and

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Minimum Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Library experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Instructional Design and Technology leadership on projects that support the IDT team.
• Assist students with navigating Canvas courses.
• Provide training and support for Canvas and other instructional technologies.
• Assist with IDT Help Desk on level 1 tickets.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem solving to all users.
