Job summary

South College Library invites applications for the full-time Library & Instructional Technician at our Nashville campus. We seek a team-oriented individual with excellent communication and organization skills who enjoys a fast-paced, on-campus environment.

This daytime role runs Monday–Friday with regular Saturday hours. Duties include supporting Canvas, assisting with interlibrary loan and circulation, and collaborating with the Instructional Design and Technology team to enhance teaching and

Qualifications

• Must have minimum associate’s degree; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in library settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with navigating Canvas courses and other instructional technologies.
• Provide training and support for Canvas basics and related teaching tools.
• Assist with IDT Help Desk on level 1 tickets and provide excellent customer service.
