Job summary

The California State University in Stanislaus—Turlock campus is seeking a temporary, hourly-intermittent Student Assistant in Disability Resource Services. The role supports students with disabilities, handles phones, scheduling, testing, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Post-baccalaureate graduate students must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and general questions about the program and scheduling appointments.
• Provide instruction to students with disabilities on the use of assistive technology software.
• Assist students with disabilities in the classroom as needed.
• Assist students with disabilities with paperwork.
• Proctor exams as needed.
• Provide cart services for students with disabilities to and from classes; must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Other duties as assigned.
