Job summary

CSU Stanislaus in Stanislaus - Turlock seeks a temporary hourly-intermittent Student Assistant in Disability Resource Services. Position runs from November 10, 2026 to May 31, 2027, with potential reappointment based on budget and performance.

Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, instructing students on assistive technology, assisting in classrooms and with paperwork, proctoring exams, and providing cart services. Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments for the program.
• Provide instruction to students with disabilities on the use of assistive technology software.
• Assist students with disabilities in the classroom as needed.
• Assist students with disabilities with paperwork.
• Proctor exams as needed.
• Provide cart services for students with disabilities to and from classes; must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Other duties as assigned.
