Responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize, and execute campus conferences and events as directed by leadership.
• Maintain event calendars, respond to inquiries, prepare contracts and invoices.
• Liaise with campus facilities, catering, housing, and external partners for successful events.
• Provide on-site support during events, handle issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
