Job summary

  • Assist director in coordinating facility and personnel needs for events.
  • Prepare and monitor event billing; track budgets and accounts.
  • Schedule and supervise student staff and conference assistants.
  • Support commencement and summer events planning and execution.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
