Qualifications
Bachelors’ degree in Recreation, Kinesiology, Sport Management or a closely related field or equivalent experience.
1+ years’ experience in recreational programming at the university level.
Completion of a graduate assistantship may be included as applicable experience.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing Intramural Sports, planning budgets, and creating event schedules.
Ensure safety and training for officials and staff.
Review participant ejections and maintain diverse program offerings.
Coordinate weekly meetings with supervisors.
Assist with operations of Sport Club Program.
Skills
Knowledge of communications, presentations and interpersonal relationship techniques
Knowledge of scheduling techniques

Skill in staff and student staff scheduling
Skill in Microsoft Office
Skill in developing and scheduling all intramural and sport clubs
