Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes and supervise groups of 8–13 students. This two-person role requires married couples to provide care, guidance, and structure that promotes academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, transportation to activities, and leading devotions.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
