Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8-13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment to help students reach their potential.

Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, medication administration, transportation to activities, devotional leadership, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role required (married for at least two years).
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan/engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
