Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role involves residing in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8-13 students, creating a structured, family-like environment to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, driving to activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Must be married couple for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
