Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes and care for a group of 8–13 students. This two-person role requires married couples and includes supervision, guidance, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social development.

Couples will transition from nine consecutive days on duty to a placed role living with the same group. A strong commitment to student success, integrity, and professionalism is essential, with benefits including

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
