Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students, fostering academic, emotional, and social growth.

The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with transition to a placed houseparent living with the same students. Compensation includes housing, meals, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples; married for at least two years.
• Age 27 or older for both spouses.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
