Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision for about 8–13 students, creating a family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development.

The role starts with nine days on, three off, with progression to a placed houseparent living with the same group.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year minimum married couple requirement.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and support student wellness.
• Plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
