Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents, a two-person couple role living on campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students. The position follows a 9-days-on/3-days-off schedule, with potential progression to a placed houseparent role.

Responsibilities include supervising, coordinating routines, administering medications, and driving students to activities, plus leading devotions and chapel attendance. Strong commitment is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for legally married couples, both spouses.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
