Job summary

Cambridge College Puerto Rico @ Bay Path University is seeking an Admissions Recruiter to represent the college on campus. You will work to identify and recruit prospective students through events, MoUs, referrals, online and print communications, and outreach to businesses and organizations.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Admissions, the role demands energy, organization, and strong customer service in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of sales experience.
• Strong sales background and people skills; customer service, sales, marketing, or higher education experience valued.
• Experience working with adult population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet inquiry and conversion goals set by the College.
• Develop individual recruitment plans aligned with enrollment strategy.
• Maintain recruitment activity reports and CRM data through enrollment.
• Communicate via phone, email, text to prospective students; provide superior service.
• Lead external recruitment events, information sessions, orientations, and other outreach.
