Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Content Creator to bring brands to life through authentic, entertaining content built for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid social. You’ll be involved from idea to execution—coming up with concepts, appearing on camera, creating content, and learning from performance.

We’re looking for someone who understands why people watch, why they engage, and why they buy. You’ll collaborate with a team of strategists, writers, producers, editors, and other creators to deliver

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years creating social media, UGC, influencer, branded, or short-form video content.
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or similar platforms.
• Portfolio or examples of previous content required.
• Experience with basic filming, lighting, audio, or editing is a plus.
• Professional-level English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create scroll-stopping content for social platforms.
• Appear on camera as host, spokesperson, UGC creator, or talent.
• Deliver authentic, engaging performances.
• Create content across formats including product demos, testimonials, tutorials, lifestyle content, storytelling, reactions, trends, and direct-response ads.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Copywriters, and Producers to develop concepts.
• Translate ideas into compelling on-camera performances while adapting to trends.
• Monitor trends on social platforms and translate them into brand-friendly concepts.
• Work with teams to understand campaign objectives and measure performance.
• Help create variations to improve performance and combat fatigue.
• Participate in pre-production planning, rehearsals, and shoot days; assist with setup.
