Job summary

Pattern seeks a Social Media Creative Manager to be the on-the-ground face of our content at trade shows, events, and brand activations. You will conduct on-camera interviews, edit same-day posts, and bridge event experiences with social engagement. This full-time role is hybrid and based in Lehi, UT.

You will travel about half the time, produce mobile-first content with CapCut, and collaborate with brand teams to integrate Amazon listings and content strategy across channels.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in social content creation or on-camera experience (required).
• Strong instincts for fast-turnaround, mobile-first content creation and editing (CapCut or similar).
• Comfortable traveling frequently (~50%) and long, active show-floor days.
• Natural on-camera presence with ability to put strangers at ease quickly.
• Experience with drone operation (or willingness to get certified).
• Broadcast journalism background or experience as a corporate broadcaster.

Responsibilities

• Travel to industry shows and events (≈50% travel).
• Conduct on-camera interviews with brands, attendees and industry personnel.
• Shoot and edit content in real time using mobile-first tools.
• Tag and feature around 10 brands daily across platform-ready social content.
• Post, manage, and track content performance across social channels during/after events.
• Ensure Amazon listings and product links are integrated into interview content with content teams.
• Support broader media initiatives including podcasts and other programs.
