Pattern Inc. is seeking a Brand & Social Storyteller to represent the company at trade shows and events, delivering on-camera interviews, real-time edits, and platform-ready social content.

This full-time role supports a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT and drives content that ties event output to brand priorities across social channels. The successful candidate will excel in fast-turnaround mobile-first content, have a background in broadcast journalism or on-camera work, and be comfortable

Qualifications

• Proven track record in social content creation or on-camera experience (required).
• Strong instincts for fast-turnaround, mobile-first content creation and editing (CapCut or similar).
• Comfortable traveling frequently (~50%) and long show-floor days.
• Natural on-camera presence with ability to make strangers comfortable quickly.
• Experience with drone operation (or willingness to get certified).
• Strong cross-functional alignment to connect event output with brand priorities and social strategy.
• Broadcast journalism background or experience in broadcast news.
• Proven track record in social content creation with a long-term growth of social media accounts.

Responsibilities

• Travel to industry shows and events (estimated 50% travel time).
• Conduct on-camera interviews with brands, attendees, and industry personnel.
• Shoot and edit content in real time using mobile-first tools like CapCut.
• Tag and feature around 10 brands daily across platform-ready social content.
• Post, manage, and track content performance across social channels during and after events.
• Ensure Amazon listings and product links are integrated into interview content with content teams.
• Support broader media initiatives including podcasts and related promotions.
