Job description

We’re looking for a highly creative, social-first Content Creator to join a collaborative team supporting leading home and lifestyle brands. This role is part of a small creative pod responsible for brainstorming, producing, and delivering content designed to perform across social channels.

This is a hands‑on creative role for someone who enjoys being involved from concept through execution. You’ll help develop ideas, create and stage content, appear on camera when needed, write captions and on‑screen copy, and bring concepts to life using a mix of production tools and formats.

The ideal candidate understands that great social content doesn’t always need to feel overly polished. We’re looking for someone with a strong creative point of view who knows how to create authentic, engaging, high-performing social content and can adapt their approach based on the brand, platform, and audience.

What You’ll Do

• Brainstorm and develop social-first content concepts with a collaborative creative team
• Create photo and video content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms
• Take concepts from initial idea through production, editing, and final delivery
• Shoot content both on set and in office/studio environments, using professional equipment as well as more accessible formats such as iPhone
• Stage products, props, and environments to create visually engaging social content
• Feel comfortable appearing on camera and/or directing talent when appropriate
• Write captions, hooks, on-screen text, and other copy that helps content connect with audiences
• Identify social trends, formats, and creative opportunities that can translate to brand content
• Create content that feels authentic, timely, and platform-native rather than overly produced
• Collaborate with social, creative, and brand partners to develop content aligned with briefs and brand identity
• Create content across a suite of social channels while considering engagement and performance
• Use analytics and social insights to help inform creative decisions and improve content performance
• Contribute to a shared creative resource and collaborate closely within a pod-based team structure

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in content creation, social creative, social media, or a related creative role
• A strong portfolio showcasing social-first work and direct involvement in the content creation process
• Experience concepting, shooting, staging, and producing content for social platforms
• Strong understanding of what drives engagement and performance on TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels
• Strong creative instincts and a clear point of view on social content
• Comfortable creating both polished and more authentic, lo-fi, or less-produced content
• Comfortable working on camera or directing on‑camera content
• Strong photography, composition, staging, and visual storytelling skills
• Strong copywriting skills, particularly for captions, hooks, and on‑screen text
• Experience with a mix of creative and production tools
• Video editing experience and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Ability to work from creative briefs while bringing your own ideas and perspective

Portfolio is required. Please showcase examples of social posts and content where you can clearly speak to your direct role and contribution, particularly work you helped concept, produce, shoot, stage, edit, or write.

This is a fully onsite role in Glendale, CA, Monday–Friday, working as part of a collaborative creative pod. The role offers the opportunity to brainstorm and create alongside other creatives, participate in shoots, and produce content in a variety of environments.
