Evolution is hiring On Camera Studio Hosts in Philadelphia to present live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat from a professional broadcast studio.
This is not a restaurant job; there are no tables or bar duties. You’ll engage online players, follow procedures, and deliver an entertaining experience.
We offer $17.25/hour base with guaranteed tips averaging $20–$25/hour, full-time hours, paid training, health and retirement benefits.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must pass required background checks.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must wear the assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, service focused attitude.
- Reliable, dedicated, and dependable.
Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat.
- Deal cards, spin the wheel, and follow game procedures accurately.
- Welcome and engage online players in a friendly and professional way.
- Follow on-screen instructions and studio standards.
- Keep each game moving smoothly and entertainingly.
- Bring confidence, energy, and personality to every shift.
- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy.
