Evolution is hiring Live Studio Hosts in Philadelphia to host live casino games on camera from a professional broadcast studio. You’ll engage online players and create an exciting, professional experience without headsets, queues, or on-floor play.
Ideal candidates have customer service or retail experience and are comfortable appearing on camera and speaking clearly. You’ll receive paid dealer training through Evolution Academy, with base pay of $17.25/hr plus tips, averaging $20–$25/hr, plus
Qualifications
- Have customer service, call center, retail, reception, hospitality, or cashier experience.
- Are comfortable speaking and appearing on camera
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Can follow procedures consistently
- Are reliable, punctual, and professional
- Want to use your people skills in a completely different environment
- No casino or dealer experience required. We will train you.
Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Speak to online players in a friendly, clear, and professional way
- Follow game procedures and on screen instructions
- Keep each game moving smoothly and engagingly
- Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy
