Evolution is hiring Overnight Studio Hosts in Philadelphia. You’ll host live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat games on camera from a professional broadcast studio while online players join from around the world. We train you. You show up. We handle the rest.

This full-time overnight role requires weekend availability and a professional demeanor; no casino experience is needed as paid training is provided. Compensation is up to $25/hr with tips, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass required background checks.
• Must obtain and maintain a Pennsylvania gaming license.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Must wear the assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Host live casino games on camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat.
• Speak to online players in a friendly and professional way.
• Follow game procedures and on screen instructions.
• Keep each game moving smoothly and engagingly.
• Bring focus, confidence, and personality to every overnight shift.
• Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy.
