Evolution is hiring live studio game hosts in Philadelphia to present and host online casino games from a professional broadcast studio. You will engage with online players, deal and spin, and follow procedures to create an entertaining experience.
No prior casino experience is required as paid training is provided through Evolution Academy and opportunities for full-time roles with guaranteed hours exist.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must pass required background checks.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a PA gaming license.
- Must work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must wear the assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, service-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat.
- Deal cards, spin the wheel, and follow game procedures accurately.
- Speak to online players in a friendly and professional way.
- Follow on-screen instructions and studio standards.
- Keep each game moving smoothly and engagingly.
- Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift.
- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy.
