Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must pass required background checks.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license.
- Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must wear the assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable.
Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat.
- Speak to online players in a friendly and professional way.
- Follow game procedures and on screen instructions.
- Keep each game moving smoothly and engagingly.
- Bring focus, confidence, and personality to every overnight shift.
- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy.
