Catholic Charities Of The Archdiocese in Houston seeks an on-call Youth Care Worker to provide compassionate, individualized care in a family-friendly setting. You will support daily activities, monitor safety, and help with transportation as needed.

You must have a High School Diploma or GED, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and possess strong communication and confidentiality skills. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts and participate in trainings to uphold licensure standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of employment experience in the child welfare field preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Provide personalized care and supervision to clients.
• Transport clients using agency vehicles as needed.
• Document daily client care and incident reports.
• Participate in monthly shift meetings, trainings and other required meetings.
• Uphold program policies, licensure requirements and client rights.
