Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking a friendly Membership Sales Representative for on-call shifts in Beaumont, TX. You will engage prospective members, promote wellness programs, and help individuals take the next step in their health journey.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, meeting sales goals, and representing the HealthFitness center in the local community. On-site attendance is required with varied early morning, midday, and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 30 days of start date.
• 1-2 years sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and communicates effectively.
• Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.
• Pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication.
• Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospecting, networking, and member referrals.
• Promoting and attending facility social events.
• Serving as facility ambassador to local businesses, corporations and community members.
• May provide leadership presence on the floor to assist with issues and coverage when manager isn't available.
• Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.
• Other duties as needed/assigned
