Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a Membership Sales Representative for Beaumont, TX. This on-call, part-time role offers 4–6 hour shifts across early morning, midday and evenings to support our health center clients.

You will connect with prospective members, promote wellness programs, conduct facility tours, and assist with membership inquiries. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and are committed to helping others improve wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face, phone, text, and email.
• Meet sales goals and generate leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Promote and attend facility social events and act as a facility ambassador.
• Provide leadership presence on the floor and assist with issues when needed.
• Conduct tours and assist members with account changes and requests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
