ADVISACARE is seeking an On-Call Weekend Hospice Nurse to support Kent County and surrounding areas. You will triage calls, visit patients, perform tuck-ins, and assist with admissions as needed.

This role requires a current Michigan RN license and compassionate, organized, and flexible team player ready for weekend shifts. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive hospice environment.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license in good standing.
• Hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work weekend on-call shifts.
• Ability to adapt to patient needs on weekend on-call basis.

Our On-Call Weekend Nurse will Triage patient calls, make patient visits, preform tuck-ins, and do Admissions as needed.

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing
• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
• Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated
• Ability to adapt to patient's status and needs on a weekend on call basis
