National Water Services seeks a dedicated Water Filtration Technician in the Boston area to perform on-call maintenance and repairs on water dispensing cabinets. The position is an on-call, 1099 independent contractor role with hourly pay ($45–$55). Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, emergency responses, and timely paperwork completion.

Qualifications

• Professional communication with customers and store management.
• Ability to manage time and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive relationships with customers and store management.
• Provide preventative maintenance and repairs on water dispensing cabinets.
• Perform filter replacements, UV lamp installations, battery changes, and equipment upgrades.
• Troubleshoot using gauges, meters, and test water samples; report findings.
• Address leaks, fittings, valves, tubing, and electrical components as needed.
• Respond to occasional emergency service calls within 24–48 hours when required.
• Complete paperwork for payment processing promptly.
