Job summary

Centennial Mental Health Center Incorporated in Sterling, CO is seeking a Behavioral Health Transport Specialist to provide trauma-informed transportation and supervision during scheduled on-call shifts. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of onboarding, HIPAA and safety trainings prior to independent transport duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled on-call transportation and supervision of individuals.
• Conduct and document vehicle safety inspections at shift start.
• Safely transport between hospitals, behavioral health facilities, and other destinations.
• Maintain trauma-informed interactions and professional boundaries.
• Complete transportation logs and electronic documentation accurately.
