Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalency and 1 - 3 years of administrative / clerical office experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use Google Calendar and Google Email for scheduling and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• General office reception, mail distribution, records processing, data entry, filing and appointment scheduling.
• Duties will vary by departmental needs and may include general accounting and related tasks.
