Qualifications

• National Center for Competency Testing Certificate - Technologist in Surgery OR Surgical Technologist Certificate from NBSTSA/NCCT
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities

• Assist physician during surgical procedures by scrubbing and passing instruments.
• Prepare and organize sterile room and equipment.
• Identify patient and procedure; maintain sterile technique.
• Collaborate with RN and team to ensure patient safety.
