On-call Preschool teacher assistant will fill in for planned or unplanned room assistant absences within the Early Childhood program at Spring Lake Park Schools. Assignment could include a preschool or an ECFE classroom, depending on the need that day. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the teacher in room set up and maintenance and assisting the teacher with classroom duties and student management, including helping students in learning centers and at large group times.

The successful candidate should have previous experience working with preschool level students. Must have strong communication skills and experience in positive behavior management with preschool-age students.
