Job summary

Rue Gilt Groupe is seeking an On-Call onsite Stylist based in Shepherdsville, KY to ensure high-quality styling for product and digital assets. You will collaborate with photographers, art directors and the production team to interpret and realize the creative direction on each shoot.

The role requires a strong eye for styling, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules in a fast-paced studio. Relevant fashion or design education or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background or education in fashion, art, design, merchandising, photography, or a related creative field preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• 4+ years of professional styling experience in a high-volume production studio.
• Demonstrated experience working with models and collaborating with photographers, art directors, and production partners.

Responsibilities

• Style fashion product on model for high-volume e-commerce production with quality and speed.
• Style a wide range of products for still-life imagery like scarves, soft goods, and accessories.
• Create elevated editorial still-life imagery across beauty, fashion, and home categories.
• Collaborate with photographers, art directors, producers, and set team members to execute vision.
• Follow styling guides, PDP standards, shot lists, and brand requirements.
