KBH Environmental (KBHE) is seeking an Environmental Superintendent (Rochester, NY) to plan and execute environmental projects, including spill cleanup and waste removal. You will be part of the crew, performing physical tasks and leading field teams to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5 years in environmental services, a valid license, and ability to work outdoors. Training for HAZWOPER and OSHA can be provided; on-call duties are included.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience with environmental services.
• Must lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work in all weather.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 40 Hour HAZWOPER Training; we can provide.
• 10 Hour OSHA Training; we can provide.

Responsabilités

• Organize, lead crews in spills and waste removal.
• Travel between sites to verify technicians perform work safely.
• Monitor and track progress, recording time and materials daily.
• Maintain our strict quality and safety standards.
• Collect samples and maintain documentation and chain of custody.
• Operate trucks, pumps, vacuum equipment, generators, and other machinery.
• Train and develop team members, providing feedback.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for spills after hours.
