Power & Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent with KBH Environmental in Rochester, NY. The role focuses on planning and executing environmental projects, including spill cleanup and hazardous waste removal, with hands-on field work.

The candidate will lead crews, travel to multiple sites, and uphold strict safety and quality standards while operating heavy equipment. A valid CDL and 5 years of environmental experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience with environmental services.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work in all weather.
• Familiar with basic hand tools.
• Flexible to schedule changes, travel and on-call status.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute environmental projects including spill cleanup and waste removal.
• Lead crews, travel between sites, ensure safety and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and track time and materials daily.
• Operate trucks, pumps, vacuum equipment, generators and related gear.
• Train and develop team members and provide feedback.
