Job summary

Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, is seeking an On-Call Massage Therapist who brings passion for excellence and a refined touch to our luxury spa. You will deliver professional massages, stay attentive to guest needs, and support the spa team under the Director of Spa.

Requires current Massage Therapy License and at least 3 years of experience, including luxury environments; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Massage Therapy License.
• Minimum 3 years of massage experience, including 2 years in a luxury setting.
• Hotel, resort or cruise ship experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of various massage modalities, scrubs and wraps.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massages according to spa menu.
• Pay special attention to guests’ needs during appointments.
• Maintain knowledge of services and products used in the spa.
• Be punctual for all scheduled appointments and shifts.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Spa.
• Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

The Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel is looking for an On-Call Massage Therapist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape employee experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The On-Call Massage Therapist reports to the Director of Spa. Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities

• The ability to provide professional massages for any client that includes any treatments that are listed on our Spa menu.
• The ability to pay special attention to the guests/customers’ needs in an appointment.
• Product and treatment knowledge as to what services are offered and the products that we use and sell in our Spa.
• The ability to be on time to all appointments that are scheduled and to shifts that you are scheduled to work.
• The ability to perform other tasks given by the Director of Spa or other hotel personnel.
• Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Current Massage Therapy License (required)
• At least 3 years’ experience performing massage, 2 of which should be in a luxury atmosphere
• Hotel, resort or cruise ship experience a plus
• Knowledge of a variety of massage modalities, scrubs, and wraps
• Proficiency in English both written and verbal
