Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Massage Therapist to deliver professional spa services to our guests, maintaining the highest level of hospitality and care.

The role requires at least 2 years of massage experience in a luxury environment, Florida Cosmetology certification, excellent communication, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

The Massage Therapist

will provide professional and relaxed service to all guests, with the highest level of professionalism and hospitality; keeping guests informed of the treatment process and information about other related services offered in the spa.Performs all massages and body treatments on the spa menu including Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, wraps, scrubs, dry body brushing, aromatherapy, reflexology, hot stone massages, scalp massage but not limited to these.

Makes guests feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions promptly and efficiently; accommodating special requests, resolving guest complaints, and assisting guests in all inquiries related to all spa, retail products, fitness center, and other hotel services.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic. 2 plus years of Massage Therapy experience in aluxuryenvironmentis required.
