Job summary

New Day My Way, LLC is seeking Site Supervisors to assist individuals in Trumbull and Mahoning County with developmental disabilities, helping them lead independent lives by providing daily living support, promoting community inclusion, and advocating for rights. This is an on-call position; you must be available to cover call-offs for all shifts when needed.

You are the first point of contact for staff and clients at your site, providing direction, training, and supervision and ensuring

Responsibilities

• Be on Call for call offs, filling shifts, report lates, and any other staffing or site concern.
• Checking documentation daily i.e., Mars, Progress Notes, Logs, and Supports. Notify staff of any missing documentation and ensure that it gets completed.
• Work with Program Coordinator, Program Manager and Scheduler to deal with call offs or scheduling issues.
• Always keep lines of communication open with staff and upper management.
• You should be checking paperwork and supplies and request from the office what you need in a timely manner.
