Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services is seeking a full-time position across Cuyahoga County with on-call duties. The role focuses on coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities and supervising Direct Support Professionals to ensure quality care.

You will ensure quality services, manage medical appointments and supports, and work closely with the team to deliver strong customer service. A high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years in the field are required, with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developmental disabilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Excellent decision‑making and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals receive quality services and are engaged with the community.
• Coordinate and manage all services and supports for individuals served, including medical appointments, household management, behavior management, financial services, benefits, etc.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support strategies and training, and assess effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure strong communication and customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training.
• Monitor staffing hours to ensure proper coverage for all shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals, families/guardians, the county board, and team members.
