Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking Shuttle Drivers for on-call, varied shifts. Drive non-CDL shuttles safely between parking facilities and airport terminals, ensuring friendly customer service and adherence to regulations.

Hourly pay starts at $14.25 plus tips, with benefits for eligible team members and participation in the employee ownership program. Training and career development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Satisfactory driving record per Employee Handbook.
• Valid licenses/badges to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Willingness to pass a physical per airport/DOT/state rules.
• Ability to read and speak English well.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers between parking facility and airport terminal and TPS locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Greet customers and assist with luggage.
• Provide pleasant customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of facility and airport terminals.
• Cooperate with team to deliver best service.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions.
• Comply with regulations governing commercial vehicle operation.
• Perform additional duties as requested by Management
