Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking a Shuttle Driver (Non-CDL) for the Afternoon & Evening, Full-Time. You will safely transport guests between the parking facility and the airport, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and greet customers with a smile while helping with luggage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must maintain a satisfactory driving record per Employee Handbook.
• Must hold applicable licenses/badges to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Must pass a physical as required by airport, DOT and state regulations.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to interact with the public and to comply with DOT requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers between airport terminals and TPS parking locations following safe driving practices.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Greet customers with a smile and assist with luggage.
• Provide pleasant customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of facility and airport terminals.
• Cooperate with team members to deliver the best service.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Comply with regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management.
